The short answer was to share the knowledge of what he had learned in the past 20+ years with as many people as possible. The benefits of food safety should be enjoyed by all.
Bryan has a degree in Cellular Biology and Physiology from the University of Wyoming. He is the past vice chair of the SQF Technical Advisory Council and has written a best-selling book on business management.
